In a road traffic accident where patient has suspected spine injury, !b! DO NOT MOVE !n! unless fire threatens (movement could cause permanent {paralysis}). Should this arise get several helpers & keep body as straight as possible & place on a gate or door. 1 person must be responsible for controlling neck at all times.
